Affiliate program terms

Joining

Anyone can apply. We review every application and may decline it, or close a partner account at any time, for example for breaking these terms. You must be at least 18.

Commission

• You earn $9 per completed card sale (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe) made through your link, unless we agree a different amount with you in writing.
• A sale counts if the buyer clicked your link within the 30 days before buying, on the same browser. If they clicked another partner's link later, the later click gets the sale.
• No commission on refunded or charged-back orders, free copies, or purchases by you or your household. PayPal purchases through Gumroad are not tracked.

Hold and payouts

• Each commission is held for 30 days, the length of our refund guarantee, then becomes available.
• You can request a payout when your available balance is at least $100. We pay requests within 7 days by PayPal, Wise, Payoneer or USDT (TRC-20), to the details in your dashboard.
• Fees charged by your payout provider are yours. We're not responsible for payments sent to details you entered incorrectly.
• If an order is refunded after its commission was paid, the amount is deducted from your future earnings.

How you may promote

• Always disclose. Every post, video, page or email with your link must make clear it is an affiliate link, for example "#ad" or "affiliate link". This is required by law in the US (FTC) and many other countries.
• Only make claims that are true and that the guide supports. Don't promise results, cures for aggression, or "fixed in a week."
• No fake reviews, fake testimonials, or made-up before-and-after stories.
• Don't pretend to be The Calm Malinois, use our name as your page or account name, or copy our pages.
• No spam: no unsolicited emails or messages, no comment spam, no buying traffic from pop-ups or bots.
• Don't bid on "The Calm Malinois" or "From Maligator to Best Friend" in search ads, and don't post coupon or cashback listings without our written OK.
• Follow the rules of every platform you use, including their ad policies.
• Don't show harsh training methods, protection or bite work, or anything that puts dogs, children or people at risk.

What happens if the rules are broken

We may cancel commissions earned in breach of these terms and close the account. Unpaid commissions on a closed account for serious breaches (fraud, fake reviews, spam, self-purchases) are forfeited.

Taxes

You are an independent partner, not an employee. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.

Your data

We keep your name, email, links, country, payout details and the clicks and sales linked to your code, only to run the program and pay you. When a visitor arrives through your link, their browser remembers your code for 30 days so you get credit. See the privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms or the commission for future sales. We'll show the change in your dashboard first. Questions: [email protected].
